Does a student in the program at King or West have to test into the next level?
No. If they are currently a student in good standing in the gifted program, they do not take the testing for entry into 6th or 9th grades

What is a PDF? What do I do if the file doesn't open on my computer?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. A PDF file is a file that can be opened and read using software called Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is software that is free and downloadable from the Adobe web site. Most computers already have a version of the software installed. You can print files opened with Acrobat Reader as well. (You can still view the files without Acrobat Reader by clicking on the "View as Web Page" choice.) To download the Acrobat Reader click here:

What if I can't see the navigation buttons?
The navigation buttons used on this site use software called Macromedia Flash. To view these buttons you need software called Macromedia Flash Player. This is software that is free and downloadable from the Macromedia web site. Most computers already have a version of the software installed. What are the suggested browser settings for this site?
